My current role as an independent consultant continues this effort and focus.While at Kronos Workforce Management, we focused our efforts in extending the benefits of tracking employee time and costs towards the establishment of departmental and enterprise budgeting. The results provided accurate labor costs associated to recurring tasks, projects and grants. My over 7 years with PeopleSoft as a quota exceeding account executive in the Public Sector Group, (5-years "Club Member") was a tremendous opportunity to work with an outstanding team. Consistent use of the consultative sales process allowed me to gain net-new large enterprise customers in Transportation, Local Government, State Agency and Public Utilities.As Vice President of Marketing and Sales with Bi-Tech/Sungard for over 8 years, I managed the entire marketing and sales processes from awareness creation to contract negotiation. Drove extensive sales and software maintenance revenue growth within this start-up company. Primarily focused on integrated financial accounting and human resource systems. Customers included state and local governments, K-12, Higher Education and other Not-for-Profit (501C) organizations.I was a Public-sector Account Executive for over 6 years with Hewlett-Packard targeting K-12 and Higher Education business development.
