MJC Advisors LLC (MJC) was formed to provide Small to Medium size Companies, Community Banks, and Individual Investors, access to a professional Commercial Real Estate Services on a flexible basis. MJC will assist Clients in a number of different areas, including: Funding & Capital Formation, Underwriting, Documentation Review, Portfolio Review, Litigation Support, and Strategic Planning. Depending upon the needs of the client, MJC work to design a custom approach for that Client. As the Principal of MJC, I have over 30 years in Commercial Real Estate Banking Industry and have financed of over $1 Billion in loans for all commercial property types. During this period, I was involved in all aspects Commercial RE Finance, Portfolio Review, Bank Compliance, Treasury Management, Derivatives and other Capital Market Products. MJC's philosophy is first to understand the client, their needs and issues to provide the context to assist your organization most effectively. To that end MJC will spend significant time upfront listening and asking questions. After the initial meeting, MJC, will provide a written proposal quantifying the scope, issues, goals of the assignment, and the cost. Recently I have had the honor to work with LIFT Orlando as a Real Estate Specialist. In this role, I was assisting in implementation of LIFT's Real Estate Acquisition Strategy and Development strategy. LIFT Orlando, is an exciting new approach to changing the dynamics of a community. (10/16 to present).Local Involvement: The Principal of MJC has developed a strong local and regional base of knowledge both through my business activities and also through the participation in various Boards (Boys and Girls Clubs, Rollins College Advisory Board and University of Florida Advisory Board for Master's in Real Estate). Industry Associations include ICSC, NAIOP and the ULI.
