I am a registered Chartered Manager and member of the Chartered Management Institute and have a First- Class BA Hons in Business Leadership and Management. I have significant experience of working as a Senior Manager to solve high priority problems in a complex environment and delivering organisations strategies. I currently hold a Senior Management position within the IOW NHS Trust as Head of Contracts and I am approaching two decades of service working in clinical and corporate roles across the Health and Social Care sector. I have developed an excellent understanding of the interrelationships between all areas of NHS provision and synergy with the wider Health and Social Care system. I have extensive experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams to an extremely high standard, receiving recognition for my ability to lead and align teams with the strategic direction of organisations, culminating in improvements to service provision and outcomes for patients.
