Chiefly responsible for sales and marketing for the UK & Ireland, reporting to the Managing Director. As a small company, my involvement was required in most business activities, utilising my people-management experience and ability to adapt. I was responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key NHS and University accounts, as well as our global network of suppliers and sub-distributors.

East Midlands & East Anglia

Highlights:- Top-performing RSM in 2015, 2017 & 2018. - Won the largest single-site order in the company’s history.- Appointed Coach for the sales team.Caring for customers in the East Midlands and East Anglia; managing the accounts of 50+ NHS Trusts as well as a diverse collection of private healthcare organisations, training providers and universities, with a territory value in excess of £2million.

East Of England

I led a peripatetic team of five direct reports consisting of clinical trainers and administrative staff. I was responsible for sales and oversaw the provision of training and medical devices to public and private sector customers. My duties included developing new courses, generating new business prospects and product sales opportunities, engaging with stakeholders at all levels and ensuring exceptionally high standards of service.

Watford

I responded to 999 emergency calls, providing high quality patient care as part of an ambulance crew and also as a lone responder on a fast response vehicle.

East Of England

I built a commercially successful training business promoting the high standards and quality of the NHS ambulance service.

Hertford

I provided care and assistance to patients as they were transported to and from out-patient appointments and day centres.
