I helped the founder build the organization from an idea onto paper and now into reality. I facilitated the filing with the state, IRS, and DOT. I managed 300+ summer staff and their transportation needs. Our ministry hinges upon the ability to set up service projects in 70+ communities across the nation. We higher over 300 staff for the summer with a wide array of experience levels, and we put them behind the wheel of a wide range of vehicles. I am always concerned with safety. I proactively made repairs to our vehicles when needed. I also made the necessary upgrades to the fleet. Fostering Mind and Body through Literacy and SportWe build libraries and soccer fields in poorer communities all over the world. We emphasize literacy and education by providing reading opportunities in the native language. We also support literacy through healthy competition.

I was in charge of organizing 9 weeks of mission programing. Facilitating groups of about 70 youth and adult leaders in service to an underprivileged community in West Virginia.
