Chief Legal And Compliance Counsel
Mark joined Marsh in 2007 as Corporate Counsel, Marsh’s first in-house counsel in Canada. Prior to joining Marsh, he practiced corporate law at Macleod Dixon LLP (now Norton Rose Canada LLP) from 1998 to 2007. In 2011, Mark was promoted to Senior Corporate Counsel and to Chief Legal and Compliance Counsel in 2016. Mark has been member of Marsh’s Canadian Executive Committee since 2011.
