Working in Project Management involved being tasked with a wide range ofresponsibilities, workstreams and priorities that change depending on the type of Project and what workstream the customer requires. I was involved in planning, scheduling, execution, logistics as well as gaining experience in order processing and a host of systems both in-house and widespread. Responsible for some largescale surveys for Universities, Government buildings, Hospitals and Stores, involving consistent liaison between engineers and client staff to ensure tight building schedules are met. Reporting to superiors as to progress and progression each day until the projects completion.Previously I have been involved in Projects for Local Government, Court Services, The Military, as well as large multinationals even working on secondment on their behalf for a three-month period and afterwards staying on in their head office liasing daily with customer staff at all levels, helping to buildbusiness relationships.I was involved in reports, proposals and tender documents for Senior Staff, Management and Heads ofDepartment and a host of ad hoc project work ranging from calling customers or companies to booking travel and accommodation, ensuring reports are completed on time, the correct documentation is processed and accurate, and both the customer and our staff on-site are satisfied.
