Professional Land Surveyor in Wyoming and Colorado. CFedS Certified. Recently completed remote work with Encompass Energy Services doing easement exhibits, title review and boundary analysis for the oil and gas industry. My years in the industry have given me experience in all aspects of Land Surveying from topographic surveys, subdivision platting, ALTA surveys, transmission line surveys, construction staking and control network establishment to name a few.I am semi-retired and am interested in continuing remote consulting in the Land Surveying field. I am a team player, and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing a project reach successful completion. I enjoy mentoring others, and am excited to learn at any opportunity. I have extensive experience with software particular to the industry, such as MS 365, TBC, Carlson and Civil3D. I am an avid researcher, and excited to see that more and more of it can be done on-line. Boundary analysis is one of my skills that I take pride in, having completed work from the simplest no-thinking-necessary scenario to patent-to-present analysis and report preparation for a Court-appointed Special Master. I have testified as an expert witness and enjoy the challenge of learning everything there is to know about a piece of property and applying my knowledge to reach a solution to any problem.I look forward to the possibility of working with a team to reach their survey goals.
