Key Energy Services (KES) ALT Division employed approximately 1000 employees in 22 locations servicing Oilfield clients. Report to the Division Manager and was responsible for managing seven (7) safety representatives for day-to-day safety administration, Department of Transportation and for environmental compliance. Developed, monitored and revised ALT Safety Action Plan to improve safety performance.Monitored and disseminated critical safety data to division management; developed and presented safety information to executive officers at formal ALT functions.Developed ALT Safety Incentive Plan; providing oversight of drug testing programs; communicate with insurance carrier(s) to manage worker’s compensation loss-prevention and developed Division Safety goals and objectives

Q Services, Inc. employed approximately 1200 employee in 22 locations servicing Oilfield clients.Reported to the CEO and was responsible for managing five (5) area safety representatives for day-to-day safety administration, Department of Transportation and for environmental compliance. Lowered incidence rates and worker’s compensation losses through promoting an accident-free work environment, aggressive claims management and accident investigation. Worked directly with management on development and implementation of Q Services safety and transportation policies and procedures, setting goals, tracking company safety statistics and worker return to work program. Planned and implemented programs to educate managers and employees in safe work practices, accident prevention and effective claims management. Prepared and presented presentations to all levels of management and field personnel. Worked directly with insurance brokers and carriers on insurance coverage and implementation of loss prevention services.
