We do not tie our clients into a contract unless they prefer a more structured arrangement.Rather we offer modular services from a menu. we offer a free work force survey to advise our clients of their occupational health, fire, health & safety and training needs in accordance with HSE requirements.We then work closely with Employment Law solicitors, HR and/or MDs to determine the priority of importance of the required services according to budget. There will never be hidden costs as our approach is realistic, honest and transparent.We prefer to empower companies / organisations to be pro active in their management of our services, minimising the risk of litigation and often saving money; however, we do often respond to reactive requirements and endeavour damage limitation, working towards an optimium outcome.
