And I usually can!As an innate leader and business development trailblazer, I am capable and eager to take matters into my own hands and determine to do what needs to be done to drive positive transformation, align operational goals, overcome challenges, and achieve 100% potential.Currently the President of two thriving businesses in very different industries, I provide highly knowledgeable and focused guidance in overall operations, product development, project management, and sales. Three years ago, I initiated and directed the launch of Cougar Packaging Concepts, an innovative business driving the awareness and distribution of a patented and preservative-free shelf life extension system to the food industry. We have grown from the ground up to become a major player in the fresh food movement in the U.S. I have also been leading the way in business development for Diversified Assembly Technologies (DAT) for nine years. Upon my entrance, the company was in need of a complete teardown and restructuring of business plans and financial framework. As the leader of this initiative, this manufacturing, assembly, and electronic testing company is projected to reach its full potential by 2018.Prior to my current roles, I spent 32 years starting, running, and expanding businesses of varying product and service offerings. I rarely have a great idea that stops there—it is my passion to try it out.
