After almost 20 years working within the property industry, I decided it was finally time to hang up my tie and see what else the world had to offer.I took a leap of faith, changed my career by moving into the technology industry and haven't looked back.The industry is constantly changing, meaning it’s fast paced and exciting.Over the years I’ve had the pleasure to coach, develop and manage some awesome people. The most satisfying part is watching people grow and flourish within their own careers, knowing you had a part to play in their journey.I’ve been told that my management style is fair, honest and consistent and that I’m passionate about what I do.I’m a big fan of the author Simon Sinek. In his book Start With Why he says “Working hard for something we don’t care about is called stress; working hard for something we love is called passion” and I couldn’t agree more.I’m a driven person and approach things with optimism and positivity. Believing in the half glass full philosophy, I look for solutions rather than worry about the problem.Being a family man, I believe a work life balance is super important. I love to socialise and am blessed with a close group of friends. I’m always first to the bar when it comes to buying the drinks and I’ll challenge anyone to a game of pool. Oh, and I’m a CrossFit fanatic – Which I had to mention as the first rule of CrossFit is you must talk about CrossFit.
