I have been involved with a number of projects in the area of new product launch , QCuts a new App launched by QCB Management earlier this year has been designed to connect barbers to their customers, to improve customer service and loyalty. QCB had a set a time frame for the project from concept through to product launch. I managed all aspects of the project, starting with research into both customers and users needs, the feasibility of the project against the potential return for QCB. I worked closely with the developers and graphic designers to ensure a high spec product was delivered to QCB Ltd.QCB Testimonial. Mark has used his skills to bring a number products from the concept stage right through to the finished article. Mark loves to partake in research into new possible products, for our product he researched both the barbers and users wants and needs and from this he was able to work with the developers to create a product that brings real value to all parties, and with the end result been a product that has been profitable to QCB. Mark applied himself to the Q Cuts app and designed an approach which offers an innovative solution for Barbers which enables them to connect with new customers, build a relationship with them, and keep them as loyal patrons. Mark took a concept, project managed the build and worked with QCB to create a viable business plan and road map for all marketing plans for QCB into the future.

My responsibilities include leading a team of developers to achieve our goals for prototyping and showcasing new products. Sourcing and opening up new sales and distribution channels for at home in Ireland and also into the U.K. and mainland Europe. I have built partnerships with charity organisations. My team brought an idea from concept stage through to MVP Prototype and Tooling. I built up a manufacturing and sales process in parallel with our product research and development. I have experience in selling and buying B2B and B2C.Bsafe Creations design and develop new innovative solutions for parents of young children to use in and around the home. Their products aim to change the way parents think of safety, they will make exploring the world around them a lot safer for children.

As operations manager for Dafco Solutions (Elite on the Spot Building) Ltd , I worked with the director in tendering for projects, planning these projects looking after all aspects from dealing with contractors and suppliers. Planning and preparation was the key to a successful build, I had a hands on roll until projects where completed, Dafco Solutions are a construction firm who deal mostly in residential. On going relationships with our clients is a major factor in tendering for new and potential work in this sector. I looked after our marketing plans and budgets, the residential construction sector is a very competitive one and any spend on marketing had to be very well thought out as to get real results from this. I was and I am very customer focused in all aspects of my work.
