Senior Project Director (SPD) supporting the national ACOR Defence team. I am working in the three tiers of the growing ACOR national business including CFI project delivery, Estate Works Program (PDS and EMOS) and supporting Capability programs.

Senior Project Director overseeing Final Business Case (FBC) deliverables for multiple schools whilst concurrently providing procurement and business support services to SINSW. All FBC's incorporated the addition of teaching space, core upgrades (halls, administration, library) and a variety of demolition, site upgrades and transport improvements I also led the creation of bespoke Due Diligence (DD) panels that were a first for SINSW. Working as an SPD for SINSW I also provided technical contributions on behalf of SINSW to the NSW Government business case for the Universal Preschool reform.

National APP lead for Defence business on the IBC and PMCA panels. My role was to help the business win, deliver and continuously improve our services. In the Northern NSW business, my role was also as a Project Director in the delivery of property consulting services.Projects delivered include:- Initial Business Case (IBC) services for Defence - Twelve business case projects between 2017 - 2021. Facility and capability projects ranging from $25M - $500M.- Newcastle Grammar School - Park Campus Stage 1 - $16M- Newcastle Airport - Deep Maintenance Hangar Project. Feasibility and business case services - Newcastle Council - 12 Stewart Avenue Head Office - Contract modelling, procurement and construction services - $16M- Newcastle University - Health and Sciences Precinct Plan. Preparing a precinct plan at the Callaghan campus for the Faculties of Science & Health and Medicine.- Lakes Grammar Anglican School - various scoping studies and school refurbishment projects ranging from $1 - $10m.

Design Director and Stakeholder Manager$1.44 BN redevelopment including RAAF Williamtown ($900M), RAAF Tindal ($400M) and the balance spread over multiple smaller facilities. My role as the Design Director has been to oversee the design of the $900M Williamtown project and the finalisation of 30 individual work elements through the final Defence design milestones (SDR, DDR & FDR). This has included managing the program, leadership of the LL team and the wider consultant group, assistance with preparing and compiling LL design reports and regular Client and Defence stakeholder communications. The role has included implementing program, quality, document control and reporting protocol whilst working closely with the site team to adjust and tailor the design deliverables to a regularly updated procurement schedule. In my capacity as Stakeholder Manager, I have helped establish the LL presence on site and the methods used to address the ongoing communication and reporting needs of the wide variety of Defence stakeholders.

Privately owned project management consultancy based in Brisbane and Sydney.Projects delivered include:- NBN Co. Various estate fibre cabling projects in QLD, WA and NT from early 2012.- Department of Defence – ELF2C Canungra. $70M redevelopment of Kokoda Army Barracks.- QLD Health - Fire services upgrade to 17 aged care buildings in southern QLD. - Conquest Mining Limited (CML) – Mt Carlton Gold Mine – Procurement services.- YWCA Townsville. $7M Residential development.- Eden on North. $22M Residential development.- Multiple Department of Education school projects throughout QLD, $60M.- Willows Shopping Centre, Townsville, HV Upgrade.- Warwick cluster Trade Training Centre for DETE, $4M.- Securing commissions and working closely with team members embedded in Brisbane Airport.- High rise residential projects $10M - $100M; providing feasibility and due diligence services.

I relocated to Brisbane with Coffey Projects to assist in the management of the QLD business. Role was Project Director and Business Manager (Brisbane). Projects delivered included:- QLD Education / John Holland QLD (JHQ) – Coffey teamed up with JHQ to deliver $90M worth of school projects as a part of round 2 of the BER. - Queensland Water Infrastructure – Mary Valley Community Infrastructure Program. Planning and project initiation services.- Multiple DETE school projects in regional QLD- WaterSecure, Linkwater, Port of Brisbane, Delta Electricity – In my capacity as Business Manager I liaised closely with our embedded staff and with the clients.

I joined Carson Group (later acquired by Coffey Projects) as their first Project Manager in Newcastle to work on the RAAF Williamtown project. From there, I helped establish the project management business in Newcastle. Projects delivered included:- RAAF Williamtown, Stage 1 - Department of Defence; $150M Stage 1 upgrade of RAAF Williamtown- Newcastle Port Corporation – multiple projects including – Dyke Point Development, K2 Dolphins Project, Port Centre (feasibility and due diligence); Land Transfer Project and various accommodation studies- Newcastle Airport – multiple projects including – Stage 3 planning of the terminal expansion and multi-deck carpark development, Stage 2 Terminal expansion, At-grade carpark development, Eastern apron extension ($10M civil and infrastructure project), Stage 1 terminal expansion and retail upgrade.- Coal Services Pty Limited – multiple projects including - Virtual Reality and office improvement project ($50M), Speers Point Head Office Project ($7M) and the Poppet Head Project (relocation of heritage listed mining infrastructure).- Port Macquarie Airport Upgrade ($10M),- Newcastle Council - $150M – Burwood Street Redevelopment. Project Manager in the Melbourne office of ISIS projects in both the commercial and hotel business units responsible for delivering a variety of hotel and commercial fitouts from the planning phase through construction.Projects delivered include:- HSBC, 330 Collins St, $20M - design and contracts manager- Holiday Inn Flinders Lane Melbourne - hotel refurbishment- 300 La Trobe St Melbourne refurbishment- 99 King St, Melbourne refurbishment

I joined HIE as a project manager to oversee multiple hotel and retail projects delivered directly by the Island. Projects delivered include:- Reefview Hotel Refurbishment (17 levels, 300 rooms)- The Palm Terrace Hotel Refurbishment (60 apartments)- Child Care Centre refurbishment- Others include; medical centre refurbishment, manta ray restaurant refurbishment, staff gym and storage buildings, barge stores area, Romano’s restaurant refurbishment.

Site engineer with Civil and Civic and spent nearly three years on the UNSW Scientia project before being transferred to the Macquarie street apartment project.Projects delivered include:- University of NSW, Scientia project, Multipurpose building, $32M project valuefunction and auditorium halls, cinema, meeting rooms, foyer structure, and external works. I worked as project engineer undertaking construction coordination and liaison with University activities. - Aurora Place, Macquarie St, Residential Apartments, $72M project value. Site engineer on an 18 level building, 60 typical apartments, penthouses and basements.
