About Mark Craig

Now retired. An eCommerce veteran, I’ve spent the past 30 years helping retail businesses grow by providing a better customer experience. From website design to multi-channel sales and delivery / returns proposition, I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the most innovative retailers in the world to grow their sales and delight their customers. At ReBOUND I work with enterprise retailers to turn their returns policy into a true differentiator. As the retail space becomes increasingly competitive, I’ve learnt the key to thriving is by providing consumers with the choice and convenience they need. Prior to joining ReBOUND, I enjoyed nearly 5 years in Enterprise Sales at MetaPack, working with the top 100 retailers I discovered that developing a best in class returns policy is key to driving customer satisfaction and growing business sales. Before MetaPack, I had a long and extremely successful sales career, initially in the I.T. space and since 2002, the Internet sector. During the last 10 years I have been on the board of two start-ups and successfully delivered against target in three business development roles in the multi-channel eCommerce environment.My sales career spans some 30 years, starting in telesales, then in the field selling first generation Apple Macs. I then progressed into senior sales and channel management roles within AST Computer, Bull Information Systems and other leading IT Companies prior to accepting my first Director’s position.Specialties: Multi Channel Strategies for Enterprise & SME Sectors.Start-ups.Delivery and Returns Management Solutions to the Retail and Manufacturing sectors.
