Responsibilities include meeting scheduled deliver targets meeting high customer satisfaction .Daily OTIF's and KPI's.Driver allocation which includes sourcing and training suitable temporary drivers from numerous agencies. Successful training and development of employee's from within the depot .introduction and role out of AM and PM routes .Vehicle maintenance Fleet compliance of company and lease vehicles to ensure all legal requirements are meet.Vehicles include 3.5T and HGV .Health and Saftey training withing the Depot.Support and training to Depot managers and supervisor's. In house Fork lift Trainer providing new and refresher training and evaluations to employee's. Routing and route allocation which can change and move at a very high pace .Responsible for upto 23 employee's plus temporary staff.

Oversee overnight deliveries being split and allocated to individual routes for delivery each day.assist the depot manager in depot operations.

Loading of vehicles , delivering and collecting customer orders throughout southern England including London

Load deliver and assembly of furniture products
