Dahlsens' key strengths include exceptional customer service and relationship management supplying the largest building/construction companies within Vic, NSW, Cairns, Darwin and Broome. Operating low cost, progressive operations in a highly competitive industry the company has quadrupled in size in the past four years through organic growth and acquisitions. Personally secured and developed Dahlsens' 3 largest trading accounts - combined purchases $18M annually.Acquired 6 manufacturing businesses and successfully integrated into Dahlsens' group (Shepparton; Established 2 new manufacturing plants (Sale & Traralgon).Resurrected major manufacturing plant reducing average $200K/Mth loss to break even within 6 months.Introduced OH&S 'ecall' process to manufacturing plants to track compliance with safety audits.Worked with external provider to develop lifting aids for manufacturing plants.
