I.T. Specialist – Supporting & Maintaining all levels of Administration & Support for a World-Wide Steel Company. Windows AD administration, security, providing folder/file access control, manipulating Permission groups, legacy cleanup, Asset inventory tracking & more. Windows Image project team. Server patching. Telecom support, networking support, top level desktop support & analyzation.

I performed tasks over a very diverse Support Scope. These Included: Windows Server Administration from Active Directory-creating User accounts, Managing Security/User permissions, to updating server firmware, Installing Symantec Backup (Tape backup R2 2008), Network Administration...replacing Cisco 3560 Switches, 1921, Wireless Surveying/Scanning troubleshooting/replacing APs, monitoring SolarWinds to resolve alert status. Cloud Administration with Google, and now Office 365! Assisted on Mobility rollout the last two years, Transitioning Sales Reps from Dell 2120s to IPADs, Retrofitting IOS versions, training, usage, ongoing support. Exchange Admin- creating user account, provisioning O365 license email, modifying accounts, terminations, Pro-Watch Security Management, OnSSI Surveillance Management Systems, Mobile iron, and much more.

Liaison for all of Outback International (now Bloomin Brands Int'l) to Home office I.T. Support across five departments including Hardware/Software, Windows Management, Networking, Security, and Project Management!

At the time, this company was a leading provider of system integration, software, training, and managed technical services to businesses and government agencies worldwide. I Supported Ernst & Young under the Direction of IBM who had partnered with CGS at the time. I performed many tasks including network connectivity, wifi connectivity, M. Office support, Printing support, Peripheral support to any/all E & Y associates located worldwide via the call center. After the first year, I was made a SME for their Performance Learning Tool.

Entertainer in Pop/SKA band, Wedgee, a VH1 (2001) & MTV (1999) National Unsigned Contest Band Winner!! I am blessed to have played/opened up for over 100 National Artists and participated in some of the East Coast's biggest Festivals. We had one national release in Billboard Magazine in 2001.

Providing Instruction on the Microsoft Office Suite Applications! Taught evening classes from March 2014 to September 2014. I put the year as 2000 as I did not want this part time role to populate above my daytime work experience posts in this application.
