    Managing Security across the South West and support sites in the midlands and London areas. Over seeing 2 large contracts with multiple sites both have high volume 24 hour sites for a well-known national company expecting a high standard, high quality and highly accurate service, this is important as Security also deal with incoming and outgoing products, therefore an error could cause a financial loss to the client.I also supply support for the cleaning and catering side of the business where required. I am responsible for managing all company and client policies and procedures and ensuring they are enforced and ensure a service is provided that is above the expectation of the client while acting on any issues and requests immediately. I deal with client contact on several of the sites ensuring all requests are actioned, as accurately, timely and cost effectively as possible. Arranging adjustments to staffing levels when addition work is required, providing staff at short notice to cover extra duties such as drug and alcohol tests, traffic control and extra sites. I am responsible for the budget and wages, ordering staff uniform, arranging license renewals and staff training.I represent the company at the meetings with the client managers and directors.
