Responsibilities held throughout the organisational journey included operations, procurement, information technology, property, and capital management. Redcape Group Ltd also held the Management Agreement for Hotel Property Investments (ASX: HPI) between 2013 and 2016. Responsibilities included management of the tenant (Coles Liquor Group) and administration, development and conflict resolution associated with a joint capital plan.

Operational accountability for 20 sites across metropolitan Melbourne and Tasmania.

Full EBIT and ROC accountability for a network of 94 sites throughout Australia.Leadership and coaching of 10 area managers, 25 support staff and a broader team in excess of 1,300 FTE's.
