I tear down, document all clearances, make a BOM and then scope out job for repairs needed. After machinists and welders are finished with my parts and BOM list arrive. I start my rebuild. This process is done with all rotating equipment in the refinery and chemical industry. I also balance impellers, rotors, grinders, etc….

Tear down and rebuild all rotating equipment from refineries, chemical, plastics plants and paper mills. Worked on Wood refiners, Agitators, Gear Boxes, API pumps, ANSI pumps, Pellitizers, River water pumps, Sump pumps etc…

Working for Action at Methanex for Maintenance. Tear down, rebuild and maintain pumps as necessary. Daily PMs which included vibration analysis, oil samples and process leak detection. Opening and closing WO’s as needed also.

I work for Zachry at BASF. I’m over the Aniline and MNB Units now. I was over EO and XA Units which Waste Water, Utilities and the Docks are a part of. On a daily basis I work with planners, scheduler and unit Supv. to insure work is ready to begin and can be done safely. I print plans and ensure that there right and work order number are correct so I can insure quality in their work. I use SAP to check WO# that it has proper time allotted for each task. I then assign workers to jobs according to skill and availability. I then make sure job is walked down with safety and worker to ensure a safe work environment with operations. I’m available to answer any questions about job and help anyway I can. I also make sure JSA is done and correct and job is LOTO properly. I do this for multiple plans and employees a day. I keep track of all time per WO and task per WO. I then do timesheets for each employee making sure time is allotted correctly. Another part of my job is maintaining all the gas compressors. I have a team that at anytime one is do for a overhaul or PM I make sure it’s done. From planning job to actually completing job. Making sure all parts and personnel will be available. I sit through all meetings with engineers and vendors to make sure everything will go smoothly. I am well rounded in SAP, ATLIS, Excel and Word programs. I have great people skills and leadership qualities so I’m told. Troubleshooting equipment is one of my biggest qualities I believe.

For the ShinTech Cracker Project I set and leveled to grade tanks, vessels, pump bases, columns and small buildings. I also was doing post grout and final alignments. Which included parallelism and pipe stress. I did all paperwork for equipment like A and B sheets.
