With a collective goal to develop and deliver innovative and effective Employer Brand strategies and action plans to promote Airbus as an employer of choice to employees, early careers and prospective hires through events, social media, print and other communication formats and programs.

As HO Digital, Content, Event Marketing, I led a team of 6 marketing professionals to design and develop the digital marketing strategy for Airbus. Working closely with the executive leadership, my team defined a multi-year digital, content, event marketing roadmap. This role combined strategic thinking, audience listening and media monitoring with a deep understanding of design systems, user experience and technology to establish vision, manage scope and prioritise a program of work that was rolled out globally and impacted multiple business areas. In conjunction with managing digital marketing funding and expenses, I drove continued investment by creating and maintaining compelling business case proposals for future platforms & channels.
