Management of outcome funded models.Strategic liaison with funding bodies from employment, training and European Social Fund to ensure project meet contractual requirements. Building of networks and partnerships in the local community working with job centres and community groups to generate referrals and with employers to identify work placement opportunities. Devise and deliver marketing plan. Support and training to teams regarding delivery frameworks, job coaching, welfare benefits and employer engagement.
