Served in full-time expatriate senior advisor role in which I led Procurement Reform activities, materials documentation and management, and project contracts & procurement within the USAID-Funded Afghan Civil Service Support (ACSS) Program in Kabul and Kandahar, Afghanistan. Immediately following this assignment, I served as short-term procurement expert and advisor to the Director of the State Procurement Agency in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Led sourcing and procurement activity for North American division of an industry-leading automotive manufacturer based in Milan, Italy.
