As Control Testing Manager, Conduct & Regulatory Affairs (C&RA), my prime responsibility included support and oversight of risk and control assessments (RCA) and implementation of a control testing framework, developed in collaboration with key stakeholders, to keep C&RAs RCA identified material risks within appetite.
