My name is Mark Crunk and I was born and raised in Henderson, Nevada. I have been a licensed real estate professional since 1994. I moved to the Fort Collins area in 2009 looking for a better quality of living for my family. I have been married to my wife Jennifer since 1996 and my son Mason is also a licensed real estate professional and loan officer for SCL Mortgage. I have a strong desire to help people acquire wealth through real estate and hope to help them achieve their goals by educating them on how to purchase real estate and using their asset to help them accumulate wealth to help fund their retirement. My favorite activities are camping and hiking in the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains and my hobbies are photography and fishing.

My name is Mark Crunk and I was born in a small town in Southern Nevada and raised in a small suburb just outside of Las Vegas, Nevada in Henderson, Nevada. I am a former real estate agent at Prudential Jensen's Realty from 1996 through 2002 and a former co-owner of Silver State Glass & Mirror, Co., Inc. based in Las Vegas from 1989 until 2009. I met my beautiful wife Jennifer in Henderson, Nevada and our son, Mason was born in 1997. Wanting to spend more time with my family, I put my real estate career on hold and also wanting to provide a better outdoor quality of life for my family, my wife and I took a chance and moved to a small town outside of Fort Collins, Colorado where I started my own successful window and screen repair business from 2009 until November of 2015. Our son was ready to go out in the world on his own after finishing high school early and decided to pursue his career. Having a strong desire to move to the East Coast, my wife and I chose the Wilmington, North Carolina area. Wasting no time, I enrolled in real estate class in November of 2015 and obtained my North Carolina broker's license in December of 2015. In the summer of 2016 our son and his wife had a child and wanting to be closer to family, we moved back to Colorado and am currently specializing in the Northern Colorado real estate market. I consider myself to be a dedicated individual with exceptional negotiating skills and have studied real estate contracts for a good part of my life.
