Mark is a strategic and results oriented technology executive and independent Board Member, Audit Committee Chair, and advisor & mentor to CEO’s and CFOs on scaling the business for high growth and profitability and preparing to be and operating as a public reporting company. Currently, Mark is a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of Genasys (GNSS), the global leader in Protective Communications, and a Board Advisor of privately held Regology, a provider of a world-class legal regulatory intelligence platform. Previously he was a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of CallidusCloud (CALD) prior to its $2.6 billion acquisition by SAP, and a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of privately held UserZoom prior to its $800 million acquisition by Thoma Bravo. In addition, he has been a board advisor to numerous privately held companies. During his career, Mark was a CFO of high growth, disruptive, transformative cloud and SaaS companies and took two companies public. He has served as CFO of four public-listed companies, has extensive software and SAAS experience, and is a “financial expert” as defined under the rules of the SEC, NYSE, and NASDAQ.
