Adapt the UK strategy to support Group initiatives and continue to coach and support in the development of semi-automated and fully automated solutions.

Responsible for the strategy, development and management of the Direct Sales team within the Industrial sector, incorporating Project Sales and Key Account Managers. Reporting to the Managing Director my role also encompasses budget planning, recruitment and training to grow the division and provide strong ROI and sales growth. Being a key division of Constructor Group AS my remit includes European integration and sales.

Servicing and identifying storage solutions to a number of existing Key Accounts in addition to developing, securing and retaining new Key Accounts through a structured and professional approach for incremental volume.

Developing Key Accounts within the Group to provide additional market penetration and subsequent growth resulting in increased market share. HiLo-PSS Group was purchased by Constructor Group AS in Dec 2008.

Retain and develop six Major Account customers by forging strong relationships with all levels of the business. Identify new business opportunities and work to a formulated strategy to penetrate these prospects

Servicing the Free Trade sector with Group products incorporating beer, wine, spirit and soft drink products
