• Worked as design engineer, designing parts of aircraft control systems, aircraft training configurations, electrical packaging, ergonomic studies, visual systems through to complete structural packages for flight.
• Co-ordinated several simulator designs from initial requirements and understanding the customer’s needs, through the design process, regularly reporting key programme/design milestones to internal customer’s and across.
• Managed engineering department bids as part of company tenders.

• Designed and launched a new pilot classroom trainer which used flat screen technology to replicate the aircraft panels with options for additional aircraft hardware to be integrated. This vastly reduced the customers.
• Designed the interior and instructors operating station for a new full flight simulator, the first wholly new product in 20 years.
