I advise on and connect businesses to the best employee engagement schemes available – recognising and rewarding individual team members throughout global organisations to inspire and motivate growth, build loyalty, and reduce attrition. I am an angel investor, supporting numerous tech start-ups to develop, and I have grown multiple sales and marketing teams in a variety of countries and native languages, combining individual skills to enhance business opportunities and increase revenues. I also lead the Inspired Performance Solutions digital agency based in Tenerife, Spain. As a motivational speaker, I share my story of entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and personal challenges to inspire others to achieve their personal and professional goals. I am passionate about using my knowledge, experience and time to help others, and am dedicated to many charitable causes. I launched Care After Cancer in 2017, a charity on a mission to help cancer survivors to develop the mental strength to embrace life once their medical treatment and support ends. I am also an avid supporter of many valuable charities and fundraising initiatives including Christel House; Dream Flight; Give us Time; Orphans in Tenerife, and One for the Boys – all fundraising opportunities that inspire and support children and adults to overcome a variety of challenges - when they need it most.
