As Chief Operations Officer- reporting directly to the president and CEO, Our staff grew from 25-50+ Through the development of major branding TS2, Wet Brush, our sales have grown exponentially. Additional areas of responsibility would include Tradeshow management, Disaster Recovery, 3Pl, Logistics, Negotiating, Warehouse design and layout, Office design construction coordination, IT, Strategic planning, Team building, Product development, SOP development, KPI implementation, Metrics reporting.

Through the course of Warehouse manager, reporting directly to the president and CEO, I ran a staff of ranging between 10-25. Departments included Receiving, Shipping, Production, Returns, Facility maintenance. Implemented weekly cycle count, stock replenishment, machine maintenance, inventory maintenance, ordered all operational supplies, maintained an inventory of up to 2500 sku's. Involved in the preparation, and operation of trade shows (avg. 3-4/yr). Some accomplishments within that time were:Development of an electronics repair departmentDevelopment of an acrylic fabrication departmentDeveloped managed and maintained an internal Nail polish filling/shipping departmentMoved our facility from a 10K square foot to our current 20k square foot facility
