I am a Call Center Supervisor/Trainer at Coast to Coast Computer Products, a leading provider of IT solutions and services. With over 16 years of experience in the industry, I have developed and honed my skills in customer service, sales, cold calling, contract negotiation, and new account management.My role involves overseeing the daily operations of the call center, monitoring and evaluating the performance of the agents, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. I also design and conduct training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the staff, especially in cold calling techniques, which I have mastered over the years. Thanks to my expertise and leadership, I have successfully increased the conversion rate, customer satisfaction, and retention rate of the call center, while reducing the turnover and absenteeism.
