As principal of EnS, solely consulted to Conoco Phillips' VP Global Exploration in reformulating and implementing COP's business case in the DW GOM.

Develop large scale program for basin entrance into the Deepwater Gulf of Mexico for Hunt Oil during high Federal lease turnover cycles of 2006-08.

Managed Nexen's DW GOM portfolio and staff through the expansion years of the US division. Established investment focus and strengthened the technical underpinnings for the program. Developed strengths in the Central Gulf and a substantial non-operated presence in the emerging Jurassic oil play in the Eastern Gulf and in the Perdido Fold Belt.

As part of Canadian management team transformed Canadian exploration activity to that consistent with large independent after takeover of UPRC; initially as Geophysical Mgr and then Exp Mgr for programs in Nova Scotia & Mackenzie Delta.
