I have over 25 years operating and supervisory experience in the oil industry, both upstream and down stream. This was gained from my previous employment with Mobil, BP, Petroplus, offshore with Chevron North Sea, and now currently with ConocoPhillips DLNG Australia. I work with enthusiasm and professionalism, keen to learn and extend my knowledge. I aim to bring value and success into any team and to consistently deliver the very highest standards. I lead a team of operators during normal operational days, and during platform upsets. I am the Area Authority for the Control or Work system on my area. My responsibilities include reviewing and updating operating and emergency procedures, the management of the team including all administrational, disciplinary and the recruitment of new team members. Experienced in numerous projects, leading operating teams during start-up and shutdown of existing and new units and platforms. Capable of working under pressure and dealing with problems. I have been involved in 9 major turnarounds on several different areas, and have been the Production Unit Leader on five of these turnarounds.Specialties: Team leadership.
