My duties as a customer service manager involved serving customers over the counter with various types of bets and helping with any queries the customers may have. Also within my role as a manager I had the responsibilities of opening up the shop and also to close the shop down at the end of the day, I was also responsible of emptying the gaming machines and the self-betting stations and cashing the money into the till and then when the float reaches a certain limit to cash out to the safe. I also have to maintain the shop keeping it tidy through the working day, so it remains respectable and also to make sure that the betting slips and pens are fully stocked at all time and showing customer’s demos of certain games that we are promoting at that time to try and encourage the customers to play the new games.

My duties involved inputting data within the computer system and attaching any digital files to certain digital cases ready for the judge in time for the hearing.. My role also involved me collaborating with other courts to find out if they needed the whole of the evidence before sending the file to the different court house, also we would have to contact the CPS to chase up relevant pages of additional paperwork.

My duties entailed taking tickets from each customer and directing them to the correct screen of the cinema for their chosen film showing customers to their correct allocated seats in the screens as well. Making sure the screens are clean in an efficient manner ready for the next film to start and keeping the rest of the cinema clean. My duties also included helping out in sales in tickets and food.

I attended Safety net security on a 12-14 week project controlling the entry and egress on the Birmingham Queensway tunnels via a PDA scanner and finger print scanner which would allow us to know who was and wasn’t allowed entry and who has left the site. My duties also included preventing the public from crossing over the section of the road that had been coned of for our safety as well as the public’s safety.

Worked as part of a small team and also using own initiative, worked in the kitchen helping to prepare food, by cutting and chopping vegetables, Load and unload the dish washer, also had to wash some pots and pans by hand, put away all kitchen ware i.e. plates, cutlery and pans. My duties included picking and sorting of Quorn food for freezing, maintain stock control, picking and packing for onward transit and to maintain full health and safety and hygiene levels to the company’s policy.
