My duties as a customer service manager involved serving customers over the counter with various types of bets and helping with any queries the customers may have. Also within my role as a manager I had the responsibilities of opening up the shop and also to close the shop down at the end of the day, I was also responsible of emptying the gaming machines and the self-betting stations and cashing the money into the till and then when the float reaches a certain limit to cash out to the safe. I also have to maintain the shop keeping it tidy through the working day, so it remains respectable and also to make sure that the betting slips and pens are fully stocked at all time and showing customer’s demos of certain games that we are promoting at that time to try and encourage the customers to play the new games.

My role also involved me collaborating with other courts to find out if they needed the whole of the evidence before sending the file to the different court house, also we would have to contact the CPS to chase up relevant pages of additional paperwork.
