• Project managed re-launch of 5 brand sites in the EMEA region.

• Solely worked on FAQ pages for all brands to bring up to date and be more focused, and worked on coding to allow the pages to be more fluid and customer friendly. This focus allowed consumers to find their answer in.
• Created a new consumer returns label/system for one of our brands, which allowed us to monitor reasons for return, report on them, and focus on problem areas.

• Setting up exclusives deals with key licensees to produce product purely for BBCSHOP.COM based on key shows. A good example is 3500 exclusive Doctor Who Xmas jumpers which sold out within 2 months.
• Delivered a 500% increase in exclusive product made available to the consumer.
• Negotiated exclusive trade agreement to be the only UK retailer to sell Doctor Who product, driving large numbers of traffic through our core site and market places.
• Daily management of the warehouse teams and customer service teams (management contact) to ensure hitting all SLAs (Service Level Agreement).
• Working closely with BBC Graphic Designers to get exclusive product made to my specifications.
