-Responsible for gathering and maintaining information needed for licensing, credentialing, and re-credentialing of all Company’s providers, distributing information to the appropriate sites/agencies, preparing summaries and reports as requested, and maintaining the provider database and highly confidential personnel files.

-Receive and split the provided credentialing documents of new and existing providers. -Add the providers to their respective facility group and create the appointment term for the mentioned facility. -Upload to the Silversheet software the provider’s necessary credentialing documents and accurately type in its metadata. -Mapping of facility form and DOPs that the facility will be using

-Responsible for the inception and renewal of groups by reviewing and validating the documents provided by the brokers and client managers ( such as trade licenses, kyc application forms, MOA/AOA, VAT certificates ,etc. ) to make sure the groups are compliant and in line with AML. -Answer the brokers and client managers’ client level compliance queries. -Communicate with the brokers and client managers if there are outstanding documents regarding the renewal and inception of the groups. -Issue group level and member level certificate of insurance. -Check and compute if the member is eligible for fines.

-Enroll members to a specific group. -Add dependent/s to the principal member’s policy. -Terminate the policies of the members and dependents who will no longer be covered. -Update the details of the members and dependents. -Answer the brokers and client managers’ queries regarding the policy of the members.
