I provide leadership and management for all of Facilities Management Division (FM); our main focus is providing Jefferson County employees and visitors with a safe, functional, comfortable and sustainable built environment in which to work and access County services. FM is actively responsible for capital asset management, building systems, energy management, operations, sustainability, physical security, grounds and landscape services, sign fabrication and daily maintenance of 40 sites; which includes 50 primary owned buildings (approximately 1,500,000 sq ft) and two leased facilities (13,000 rentable sq ft), as well as mail delivery services, conference center management, general real estate services, cell tower leases and vacant property management. FM also provides project management services for capital projects involving County property, including space planning, design, new construction, building additions, remodeling, office consolidations and major repair and replacement of building systems and infrastructure.

Provided overall leadership for Fairgrounds Administration, Budget, Event Management and Operations. Fairgrounds hosts over 1,700 events annually. Event types include; conventions, horse shows, rodeos, trade shows, corporate and family picnics, car shows, car sales, banquets, bull ridings, RV Site rentals, festivals/fairs...and much more.
