Hello, I am Mark Dasilva and I am currently an editor, writer, and communications professional in Toronto, Ontario.I previously attended Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly known as Ryerson University), where I completed my Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, graduating with honors. During my time in University, I developed my skills as a writer, including argument structuring, literary analysis, and both primary and secondary research. I have since attended Humber College's Professional Writing and Communications program where I further developed my writing and editing skills for the professional workforce, including corporate communications documents, webpages and articles. With experience in both proofreading and copyediting, I hope to provide a strong eye for editing to potential employment opportunities. Given my background, my collaborative and team building experience can help harvest a positive and efficient work environment with my coworkers and clients. I have developed great time management and organizational skills from juggling multiple projects simultaneously that will help operations run smoothly.
