As a senior software engineer for the client (Website Blue / Management Reports International (MRI) Pty Limited), I was in charge of implementing changes on the property / real estate websites of the clients such as pulling new or missing records from the listing server, implementing AJAX filtering on listings page, customizing display of listing data and content management of listings. I was also given a chance to lead the development for new modules for a gallery type website created with the CakePHP framework, implementing new modules as the clients specifics. And was also involved in the brainstorming meeting with the client with regards their ideas for the site and present to them the updates that had been accomplished. WordPress client website maintenance, optimization, updates and reporting was also assigned to me as my weekly side task on top of major or main projects. There were also some third party software integration projects assigned to me such as Moodle integration and usage of payment gateways such as Stripe and eWay. And at times there are some infected or attacked WordPress sites from malwares, I am tasked to do the clean up and fortification so that future attacks would be prevented.

As a development team lead for the client (Punch Buggy Digital Agency), making sure that the team has a clear understanding and guided in attaining the task that is assigned to them. Working together with the stakeholders in assigning and monitoring of task and make sure that the results are having the highest possible quality on or before the deadline. The same practice is applied as the Project Manager on the in house company (Tall Ships Business Centre, Inc.) is applied, providing support and guidance whenever needed by the dedicated lead of the in house development team. Some of this role is sharing knowledge gained from the client based practice, providing input on in house projects, assisting in training and/or orientation of new developers and answering any development or technical inquiries from the developers and staffs of the company.
