One of the busiest Pubs/Clubs in Basel, with sister pubs in Zurich and Fribourg, I currently oversee all three in terms of operations management while being based in Basel. Having grown the club here to a successful late night venue with revenue in excess of 100k+ a week.

Handling rostering – Responsible for 42 staff members including supervisors, bar staff, waiters & cleaners (Shifts range from 3am to 2am)Liaising with supplier & reps on new product lines & introducing trends that would be beneficial for the businesMaintaining, implementing and revising H&S protocols.

• Responsible for the co-ordination and control of the project from the designstage, through to completion and the handover of the project to the client.• Day to day management of operations on site, ensuring that the project isbrought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget andquality constraints.• Ensuring timely management of any unforeseen delays.• Regular monitoring and liaison with the Contracts Manager/Project Manageron the Master Programme and development of stage/section programmes asrequired.• Liaise with the Contracts Manager/Project Manager to ensure adequatelabour and sub-contract resource is available on site utilising the agreedagency list.• Carry out tool box briefings to the site teams and sub-contractors.• Plan and efficiently organise the site facilities and logistics, ensuring allequipment on site is fit for purpose and only operated by appropriately trainedstaff• Fulfil the role of Temporary Works Co-Ordinator on the project.• Requisition all materials, and oversee the deliveries and ensure they are doneso in adequate time in line with the construction programme and procurementschedule.
