➢ Assist clients in making a personalized fitness program➢ Prepared to teach classes like Spinning classes, Abdominal Exercise Class, Boot Camp and Circuit training➢ Running initial assessments or consultation sessions with members➢ Writing individual training programs➢ Inducting members and showing them how to use the equipment➢ Adapting training programs for members with health problems or fitness injuries➢ Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the gym facility. ➢ Provide guidance and instruction to customers in the use of the gym equipment. ➢ Give assistance to the safe and smooth operation of other areas within the gym.➢ Supervise customer's use of equipment to ensure safe and effective use in line with relevant operational guidelines. ➢ Provide information to customers regarding the facility, programmed and membership options. ➢ Ensure the safety of equipment by carrying out and recording daily inspections of the gym equipment, notifying the Duty Manager of any repairs required. ➢ Responsible for carrying out new member inductions and the preparation of personal exercise programs.➢ Review members exercise programs➢ Responsible for the appearance of the club in every aspect; undertake general cleaning and day-to-day maintenance tasks.
