Collaborated with faith communities throughout Northeast Ohio to implement grass-roots health education programs and build a network of congregations to address health disparities in low-income and minority populations. Completed training program in community health work and course to become a master trainer of CHWs. Completed practicum in CHW and nearing completion of practicum for Master Trainer of CHWs. Received CHW license from Ohio Board of Nursing, May 2017. Position and program ended after proposal to State of Ohio was not funded.

Sole full-time staff member of organization founded by Holocaust Survivors, dedicated to advocacy, education and commemoration. Responsible for public program development, internal and external communications, membership expansion, educational outreach programs, fundraising and oversight of office administration. • Started new young leadership committee and organized two events that attracted sold-out crowds • Re-established public programs after multi-year hiatus • Collaborated with staff from Jewish Community Federation to organize and promote two commemorative programs that attracted over 1,100 participants, largest turnout in years for both events • Promoted education program to middle and high school educators and administrators in Cleveland Metropolitan School District, inner-ring suburban public school districts and Jewish day and supplementary schools • Recruited more than 40 teenagers from a dozen schools and youth groups representing every stream of Jewish community to participate in Holocaust Memorial Day program, largest youth attendance in years • Oversaw development of new website and increased social media presence
