With over 20 years of experience in sustainability, biodiversity, and ethical supply chains, I am passionate about transforming how we make things and driving positive impact through business.Before joining The Body Shop in 2023, I was the Global Director of Sustainable Operations at Natura &Co, the parent company of four socially conscious beauty brands. There, I drove the operational sustainability vision and strategy across the group, covering climate change, human rights, product circularity and biodiversity conservation. I also have a strong background in natural ingredient innovation, community fair trade and human rights in supply chains, having worked with industry leaders, NGOs, and farmers in Africa. Asia and Latin America. I hold an MSc in Environment and Development from the University of London and a BA in Politics from the University of Liverpool. I speak French and Spanish.
