Electrical studies consisting of High and Medium Voltage Cable Sizing, Duct Bank Design & Layout when Applicable, Ground Grid Design and Analysis, and Arc Flash Hazard Analysis.Review and approval of all equipment manufacturer drawings. Establishing, building and maintaining professional relationships through regular oral and/or written communications as needed throughout each project with vendors, manufacturers, clients, project engineers & project manager, and the direction and oversight of designers, CAD Operators and junior engineers involved with or assigned to each project.

Areas of experience include:Providing production engineers with technical advice for increasing efficiency and reliability of manufacturing equipment. Supervising maintenance technicians with regular preventive maintenance procedures for all manufacturing fixtures and equipment.Troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions and/or failures which included, evaluation and possible modification of PLC and robot programming as well as mechanical issues with manufacturing equipment or fixtures. The inception of new model changes, from the concept stage to installation, modification, and/or refurbishment. Updating of AutoCAD files to reflect any and all changes and modifications made to manufacturing fixtures and equipment. The modification of PLC and robot programming as needed to reflect changes and modifications made to manufacturing fixtures and equipment.
