As a Senior Finance Manager, FP&A, I partnered with the Sales and Marketing leaders to analyze and predict key performance indicators, guide resource allocation, and assist in strategic investment decisions company-wide. My role encompassed overseeing all aspects of forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the Sales and Marketing teams. During my tenure, bookings grew 50%+ year-over-year. Additionally, I was responsible for developing crucial business metrics reports and actively contributed to enhancing overall FP&A processes to prepare the organization for an initial public offering (IPO).Within the Marketing department specifically, I had a direct partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and her team, including the Vice Presidents of Demand Generation, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Revenue Marketing.
