In this position I was responsible for delivery of service for Employment Services Contract to the unemployed clients at the St Albans office. I was responsible for the training, development of staff to ensure that the contract is delivered in accordance to our deed of intent and the code of conduct. I am responsible for maintaining and achieving the site budget, setting and achieving targets in KPI’s.

In this position I was responsible for developing strategies with long term unemployed people to assist them returning to the work force. I also liaise with business to explain the services that we can provide them in placing unemployed clients. I have been relied upon to provide training to new staff

As a Restaurant Manager, tasks that I am expected to perform and are competent at include; -# Maintaining high levels of Quality, Service and Cleanliness in the restaurant at all times# Ensuring that labour, equal opportunity and sexual harassment laws are enforced# Responsibility for hiring and retention of all Managers and Crew Members# Supervising the development of all Assistant Managers# Conducting Restaurant Management training/team meetings# Planning, scheduling and approving Crew performance and wage reviews# Checking all monthly store reports for accuracy and then submitting them to the Owner Operator# Executing local store marketing activities and in- store extensions for National promotions# Reconciling monthly profit and loss with the office# Completing and posting the weekly crew roster on time, including a detailed analysis of the crew labour budget# Maintaining and updating all personnel files# Responsibility for all store equipment, including proper operation, planned maintenance and energy conservation# Controlling the spare parts inventory# Directing store safety awareness and managing safety records# Logging and preparing invoices for payment# Completing stock variance reports# Calculating store food paper and operating supplies orders# Preparing budget projections for annual sales and profit plans# Creating long term objectives and action plans for quality, service, cleanliness, sales, profit and people development# Preparing computerised payroll records for all staff# Competency in maintaining and updating computerised records# Developing mutually beneficial relationships with restaurant suppliers and service technicians# Presenting a professional image in my work at all times
