Partner with the organisation to provide business solution services and lead the development of business initiatives, including both new applications and services and additions to existing applications and services.To lead a team of effective and self-motivated contributors who provide demonstrable value by translating requirements between business, technical and operational functions into practical solutions to support organisational delivery.Oversee and manage the process of developing business intelligence and system analysis by providing support and direction.Lead the development of business analyse standards, templates, methodologies and processes to be followed by Council.Be a key influencer in future system integration and data warehousing to enable a single, accurate, and complete view of all data sources.

Co-ordinate and be part of a team of property specialists to ensure that the Council's corporate property and NAR systems are managed in a prudent, efficient and effective manner according to policies, plans, strategies and objectives of Council.To lead the IM Digital Assets team, providing vision and setting goals in the decision making process.Coordinate relevant data management workflows, and ensure that the storage, retrieval, and security of the appropriate information is maintained and delivered.Develop, implement, maintain and monitor agreed policies, standards and procedures for data management.Lead the development and implementation for the management of corporate property information.Providing leadership and direction for the Digital Assets Team, support and coaching for the ICT team members, overseeing and managing external contractors as required.Reviewed existing methods of business reporting; to standardise, streamline and document. Set new processes, standards and guidelines for re-engineering to deliver a higher performing, accurate and responsive method of business data analysis, dashboards and reporting.Creating Javascript Dashboards for data analysis relevant to individual needs and organisational levels, from executive management, to line management and front line staff.Automation of previously laborious, manual business processes such as automating data dissemination to external agencies, complex data manipulation, collation and automation of pivots for business analysis.Design and creation of OLAP cubes for interactive, responsive data mining and data modelling. Dreaming up solutions and then leading the delivery of them to solve Package Application limitations!
