Prior to my current engagement, I managed a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery organization for a Managed Service Provider. My breadth of IT experience has also spanned Vendor Management, Product Management, Project Management, Management Consulting, Data Center Operations Management and Account Management. I have gained significant success by being results oriented, energetic, and effectively managing cross functional teams to meet project goals. I am always looking for ways to improve the process, service levels and reducing costs. I have a passion for the success of my teammates and partners; the projects and services I am involved with, and my customers. I have been recognized as a subject matter expert in my functional areas in particular Disaster Recovery providing global program management developing DR plans and implementing technical recovery solutions for our corporate and managed services customers. I have experience with vendor management negotiating and administering contracts while maintaining relationships. In a consulting role I have performed data center transformation analyses recommending and project managing process improvements and cost saving automation initiatives for healthcare and financial institutions. I have often been an adviser to senior leaders, teammates and customers. I have demonstrated my ability to understand the business requirements, develop the proper solutions while being able to build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
