Hello, I am a Grant MacEwan University graduate. Although my biology major is apart of the art and science department, my personal interest ensued an out-of-faculty business minor. However, I'm in the process of starting my journey into the IT and Cybersecurity sector.Initially, at Papa John's I was only trained for one of the tasks. However, over time and through a sense of adaptability I became well educated in all the other responsibilities, becoming a valued member in the kitchen. I was even offered a promotion to supervisor. In my time as a server, I mastered the art of managing high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency. Handling a high volume of orders, addressing diverse customer needs, and coordinating seamlessly with kitchen and service staff honed my ability to thrive in a busy environment. This experience has instilled in me a meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering top-notch service.With a background rooted in customer service and operational excellence as a server, I bring a unique perspective and a set of versatile skills to the world of IT and Cybersecurity. My experience in the fast-paced hospitality industry has honed my ability to think on my feet, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and provide exceptional service under pressure—skills that are invaluable in any technical role.Driven by a passion for technology and security, I am actively pursuing knowledge and hands-on experience in this field.
